The Hannibal TV Lead Reporter Devon "Hannibal" Nicholson discusses the popular "Extra Terrestrial" photo that Dr. Steven Greer recently made public on the "IMPAULSIVE" Podcast. Dr. Greer claims the the photo was taken by "David Marconi" who wrote the "Enemy of the State" film while they were on an expedition in Arizona. Dr. Greer also claimed that the individual on the left of the ET in the photo was cured of his hearing issues during the beings appearance and claims the colored dots were causing contrast due to the energy involved in the teleportation.
