In this clip, Dr. Steven Greer discussed the topic of human colonization on other planets, specifically in relation to Elon Musk and his company, Space X. Greer expressed the belief that humans could potentially colonize other planets if we become a peaceful civilization. He explained that a level one civilization is peaceful and has developed technologies that do not harm the environment. According to him, if humans fail to achieve peaceful coexistence on Earth, we will be restricted from exploring other planets by more advanced civilizations. However, if we change our consciousness and adopt a peaceful mindset, we could extend our exploration to other star systems. Dr. Greer also commented on Space X, stating that while rockets were significant in the past, more advanced technologies are now available for space exploration. He suggests that until the issue of peaceful coexistence is addressed, rockets will continue to be our primary means of exploration.
